    Insulin

    Will Fat gain be inevitible when using humalog insulin for muscle building properties?

    Not necessaraly. If you give your body the correct amount of nutrients then fat gain can certainly been avoided.

    I know that insulin is a OTC therefore i assume *** EDITED ***. I have searched on the net and the avergae price is ridicuolous. Was wondering *** EDITED ***

    Not all insulin is OTC.

    you dont need a prescription for Humlin-r, but for the fast acting insulin , such as humalog, a prescription is required......

    just eat 10g of carbs for every IU insulin used. Use insulin post work out only. and try to get as much whey protein in you as possible for the 6 hours after the injection. Do not eat any fat. Use a fat burner with it to - such as clenbuteral.

    Personally I try to get the carbs in me BEFORE injecting the insulin. My choice is hot dog buns and apple juice. The most I use is 10iu... but try a lower dosage (such as 4iu) to see how you react to the insulin.

    Just remember though - if you don't eat the carbs required for insulin, you'll go hypoglycemic, have a seizure, go into a coma and die. Remember that insulin is something you dont want to skrew around with - be extremely careful.

    as long as you avoid fat and keep the carbs limited you'll be fine. obviously you want to start out at 10g per 1iu but after you get used to that you can start dropping the carbs from 10g's to 9, 8 and so on until you find a comfortable place. i usually consume around 5g's of dex per iu but that number changes sometimes. there are days i can take 4 and be fine then other days were i'll consume 6 and still need a little more. be smart and listen to your body
