Actually, I think is good for both: on cycle and post cycle therapy... Coupled with the right PCT, it should help you just fine!

yea hgh needs to be run for at least 4 months and seeing that your usual pct is only 4 weeks im going to say that it is best run thru a cycle, pct and afterwards
