Pre-Cycle Questions (Diet, shelf life, timing of lifts)
I’m going to start a thread tracking a year of using only GH in around a week. But before I do I have a few questions before I start in on my GH:
1) I understand that when you take GH it is a gradual process to get your actual GH levels up. The question – Is there a best time to lift in proximity to taking GH?
2) What kind of diet optimizes the effect of GH? I am planning on going very low carb, low glycemic index diet.
3) I read in Red Barons GH guide that if you use regular, sterile water to mix its good for roughly 5 days. My kit comes in 10ui viles and I will be starting with 2ui /day. If it is good for 5 days I’m fine, but if only 4 I’m not. Does anyone have any exact numbers?

Your diet depends on what you want to achieve, and it doesn't really matter when you train.

Thats right, I omitted that my goal is to maintain or hopefully gain a little muscle, and mostly to loose fat.
