Insulin to bridge between my cycles
I have a few questions
-can i use insulin between my cycles to bridge?
-How long can i go on it before taking a break?
-How good and effective is this?

they say 4 weeks on is the max amount of time you should use insulin
but it's seriously dangerous. insulin can kill you anytime... just by taking too much of it and not eating the right amount of carbs
4 weeks is not long enough to bridge... you should wait 12 weeks between cycles
it might help during PCT
it is affective... but its not as strong as steroids .. it will help a little bit but you wont get extreme gains from it...
ive tried it and have decided to stay away from insulin considering how lethal it is... and how much potential fat gain there is with it. its not worth the risk in my opinon... unless your suicidal

Yes.
Four weeks ON/OFF is what most people do as that has worked well for most users so I suggest you do the same thing.
Insulin is good for recovery that's it.
