IGF1-Lr3 & Headaches
Has anyone else experienced headaches as a side effect while using IGF1-Lr3? I did my first shot (ever) yesterday and by the end of the day, I had a headache the size of Montana.
I'm wondering if it's because I injected too much IGF. I did 100mcg (50 pre-workout and 50 post-workout in my upper chest). I know this is a high dose but I was a little excited about starting and I might have gone overboard.
So my second question is: now that I've done 100mcg the one time, can I now do a lower dose, or is my body "used to it" now and I shouldn't go lower or else it won't have the same effect?
I appreciate any help you guys can offer me.

I had some headaches from IGF1 but subside as you get used to it.
Do you have lethargy too?I had some first days..I had to be all day on caffeine!

Yes, I was a bit lethargic and my level of hunger seemed to rise quite a bit. I felt like I was hungry all day long. But I got a massive pump in the gym. How much IGF1 did you do per day?

Lower the dose, and you should always start on a lower dose then work your way up slowly.

Started from 40mcg then 60mcg and finally 80mcg.Didn't notice anything positive from this stuff.
Must be true it's only a GDA.Also the pump i had don't know if it was from this or just from the injection irritation PWO.The injection site was paining for 4-5 days later...
Not worth the money IMO.
