Hi all,
New to taking HGH and plan to start next week. Have brought 2 months worth to start and if all goes well i will buy more.
I would just like some advice on foods to avoid.
I've been told to stay away from all sugars because it takes away/reduces the effects of HGH.
Is this true?
Do i have to completely avoid sugar all together?
Some protein and flapjack bars contain sugar, so now I'm confused!!
Any advice will be appreciated
