Proper age for HGH, IGF-R1 etc..

What are your opinions on what is the best age to start HGH and why?

i'm 19 and don't want to use it personally, i was just curious as i've never heard a specific age requirement

You definitely want to make sure your discs are fused in order to avoid those nasty sides everybody talks about. At 19 you are still way too young to be using anything as such.

There is no set age for HGH use, the way I see it is if you don't need it don't use it.

Gear is absolutely right... those discs he's referring to are called epiphyseal plates and there is no set age at which they close. The only way to know for sure is by x-ray. Natural hgh levels are still at pretty decent levels until around 25 or 30. Ironically enough, this is also about the same time you really start to hear people complain about how much harder it is to lose weight.
