    HGH PreWorkout

Still doing a bit of research. Really curious about RedBaron's suggestion of taking a few ius of HGH preworkout with slin following postworkout. For those who use this method, how far in advance to you take in the preworkout GH? Would one still need to keep carbs away form the GH dose?

For example, my prewo protocol is.....
    1.5hr prior, whey, oats
    30min prior, bcaa
    During, bcaa

Could I squeeze in the GH 45-60 min prior to training?

HGH before training can work out quite well, but it can also work against you. If you are looking at shooting HGH pre training I suggest you have a dose right before you train, and yes I would still stay away from consuming too many carbs around injection time.

Thanks Gear! So by right before, I assume you mean like 15 mins?

Also, could you explain how this method could work against you? Was that statement in regards to fat loss? thanks again!

    Yes 15min is fine.

If your body produces its own HGH while exercising then you could be interrupting your natural production if you were to have a dose before training.

Your body will usually produce its own HGH if your workout is mega intense.
