i want to put my mum on HGH
lol even the thread title amuses me..
but yea im at my mums house and she paid a crap load of money for some specialists oppinion and the lady told my mum everything i had been telling her.. pretty much even down the her diet everything.
Any way
my mums stats are like
5ft 3
im guessing around 200lbs, she eats pretty much nothing, my breakfast is what she would eat in an entire day..
dont think shes ever done any weight training or fitness in the last few years.
shes 60 years old.
she has thyroid issues and the doctors told her that her hormone levels being low was natural, so they never prescribed her anything to increase them..
and she said that in some test it showed that she has no GH release at all or so small that it showed up as zero on the test..
now i thought that if she took it she could improve her overall healthy, strengthen her bones, improve immune system all the good benefits and possibly lose some weight.
she has a list about 10 feet long of all the medical conditions and the doctor says she should be a type two diabetic but her diet is keeping her from it.
would there be any benefit or harms from her taking it... ofcourse administered by a doctor..
and how would she go about getting prescribed it?

Diabetes, thyroid issues, not sure if HGH is a good idea. HGH may certainly benefit her in the well being depertament but it could have a negative effect on other things, so wether HGH is good for her really depends on what other conditions she has.

hmm true, she has like a million conditions, scoliosis... err i dunno anything any one could have wrong.. i gaurantee you she has some form of it.
would you think that there is some form of HRT that she could take?
oh and i forgot to mention, shes also a recovering cancer patient.. which takes steroidal things out of the picture im guessing.
thanks for the info Gear.

If cancer is the picture then I would definitely stay away from AAS and HGH. You might want to visit the HRT forum and see what responses you get there.
Good luck to you and your mum.

she had bowel cancer...
it all was removed, got a check up yesterday actually and its not back..
but im assuming that even having cancer makes it a bad thing to even think of.
