    not lifting and hgh

    once again can't lift this week, messed up my shoulder and was put on anti-inflammatory pills.. I can still take my hgh, Hopefully this will help my shoulder out. so can I still take my hgh regulary...

    What's your question. I would suggest starting hitting your legs and core whilr your shoulder heals.

    Continue using HGH only if you're on a short break.

    so if I am on an anti-inflammatory for my shoulder hgh would be ok to still take.. I should be back lifting in a week ...

    I don't understand why you would quit using it? It is not contradictive to anti-inflammatory meds, at least that I know of.

    ok... also I was told not to lift for 2 weeks since I sprained or strained my shoulder now since I am on hgh will 1 week be enough???

    Why risk it, let it heal....from what I've experienced with HGH is that it's not a miracle drug regarding to speed healing. I've been on it for 4 months roughly and I still am a walking bundle of pain.

    train legs,calves,abs,forearms,cardio..etc, dont listen to docrors,listen to your body,theywill have you on fkn bed rest before you know it.dont make excuses not to train esp if your using anytype of gear, just a waste of gear...injuries happen,you need to learn to work around them and through them,i've had a torn disc in my back since 2004,drs told me never to lift again...Fk that,it hurts every day,not lifting isnt gonna make it better,surgery will but im putting that off.....work around it...
