I have been doing 2.5 ui/day for a week.

Im planning on doing 5ui tomorrow morning to see if I get any sides, so I know my gear is good.

Are there any problems with that?

The sides may hit you hard or not at all. Every body is different.

It took me about 6 weeks to feel the sides. I started at 2iu and worked up to 4iu. I ran 4 iu for about 5-6 weeks with minor sides. Bumped up to 5iu and the sides hit pretty hard.

I ran 8iu for 4 days straight and got zero sides. Im on week 7 of 3ius a day(except for the 8iu days) and only feel lethargy. Like others have said, taking a higher dose doesnt automatically make sides appear. GH is a long term endevor.

Don't bother with 5IU, if you're going to do what you're planning on doing then do it properly by taking 25IU.

You can have an IGF-1 blood test done. It'll cost about $100. I had one done before I started and three days later, after taking 3 iu/day. Those two test cost me nearly $200... and now I'm really confused.

My problem is that my IGF-1 level only went up from 168 ng/ml to 191 ng/ml. So now I'm not sure whether the HGH was not good, or I didn't give the HGH enough time to allow my IGF-1 level to increase, or there was an error with the test.

They just don't make it easy for those of us who want to take responsibility for ourselves....

you shouldve waited longer than 3 days bro!! wait four weeks when your at 5-6 iu and youl have a true reading for sure

I would like to stay with the people who have taken care of me, so I suppose taking another blood test would be in order.

I felt the effects of HGH from day one and my friends have told me I look better already. I also use 15 iu every morning of Lantus insulin , (started at 7 iu about a month ago), which keeps my basic glucose level at mid-80's, from 95 -110. I don't mess with the fast acting stuff and I'm not trying to gain weigh, yet.

I'm considering hitting the gym and doing my first real cycle (400mg test cyp & eq / week) when the snow flies this winter. I do feel good and was happy about my HGH until I got the test results today.
