what do you think of this? my goal is not to gain fat from insulin , so i want to keep it low and have very low fat foods and just the right amount of carbs while Humulin R is active!!!

PEG mgf (250mcgs x 2) 24hr before workout, into muscle going to be trained.

IGF1- L3 (25mcgs x 2) PWO into muscle trained total of 50mcgs.

Humulin R, PWO 15mins after igf, 4ius (SQ) to start.

Diet, right after workout,

90g of simple carbs and sugars, 40g of whey protein, 5g creatine, 10g glutamine peptides.

1 hour later
chicken breast, brown rice, vegs

2 hour later
tuna, black beans, vegs

1 1/2 hour later
40g whey protein

ETC...
