    Light Head with HGH

Earlier today I had this bizarre head rush where my heart felt very light and sort of beating fast and I got very light headed.

A few sec later I felt more normal but my hands were sweating.

I just bumped up my GH to 3.5 ui a day, which I took this morning.

Is that something to worry about, it felt pretty ****ed up.

    Thanks

Sounds like hypoglycemia aka low blood sugar. Did you have anything in your stomach?

    I took the 3.5 at 4:45 AM

Had 3 hard boiled eggs and some sunflower seeds, so pretty much zero net carbs.

The light headedness occurred around 9 AM.

Would that time frame make sense?

Yes hypo generally kicks in around the 3 to 4 hour mark to those that are susceptible to it - I would write this off as hypoglycemia. The reason your heart was beating fast was because of the release of adrenaline when sugar levels drop too low. The adrenaline triggers a release stored sugars in your liver and muscles (glycogen) to get your sugar levels back up to normal.

I noticed you didn't mention if you had coffee or another form of caffeine or stimulant. High sugar meals as well as stimulants particularly caffeine can really aggravate hypo as well.

Spot on, I had a black coffee earlier in the day.

I greatly appreciate you taking the time to chime in on this.

Could hypolgycemia also be the culprit of headaches? I started 4 days ago at 2IU a day and have had a headache ever since...has not stopped. Its a dull headache but annoying. I take mine first thing in the morning after I eat breakfast. Typically egg whites, turkey bacon and plain oatmeal sweetened with splenda and honey.

No - Hypoglycemia and headaches are 2 very different things... I think these are unrelated.
