HGH reconstitution and damaged cells?
"becareful not to damage cells" these instructions don't make sense to me. Why would there be any cells to damage? With secretion technology the first step after the bioreactor is to separate the cells from the protien...if your using inclusion bodies you have to lyse the cells to get the protien. Either way if you leave the cells with the protien too long, enzymes start to break it down. Is it that these underground labs don't bother separating the cells and HGH? That would mean: 1. The hgh will be broken down the longer you have it reconstituted although at a slower rate in the fridge. And 2. Your injecting e-coli cells into you. Anybody have any input on this?
