I've been on HGH for close to a year and decided about 4 weeks ago to stop for awhile.

My left hand went alost completely numb shortly after I stopped, to the point where I could barely use a fork or write, I'm left handed obviously.

I didn't think it had anything to do with the hgh, but 3 days ago I started my hgh again and all of a sudden my hand has returned to almost normal...

Is my body addicted to the HGH?

No you're not addicted to HGH, that side effect is common while on HGH but doesn't always occur post cycle. What you could do is taper down the dose slowly before totally stopping use.
