What is the best gague for GH 29 or 30. Do you need to shoot it as soon as you are out of bed or within an hour of waking.

I've used both 29 and 30g 1/2cc 1/2" doesn't really matter. Anytime in the morning is fine. Some will split their doses... 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the late afternoon.

Any size insulin syringe will do.
