I'm 1 week into my first HGH experience. Started at 2IU every morning for a week, and bumped up to single shot of 4IU yesterday. Blue top generics from a trusted source. I'm 215 lbs. I am looking to promote general health and some additional muscle gain.
Questions:
1. How long did it take for you guys to feel any sides? I'm feeling nothing.
2. Some studies I have seen recommend .056 iu per kg bodyweight. So for me that would be about 5.5 iu per day (probably broken up into 2 shots). However, given that the generics are far less potent than the US pharmaceutical grade, does that mean I should be working up to 10 iu per day?
