I was on 5 IU's of HGH doing a 5 on two day off split for 12 months. I know I was on a little longer than I should have but how long should I wait before I start again? I was thinking of two months but would like to start after one month off.

Just pay a visit to the Doc, make sure your PG is working ok, general values/levels are fine and *if and only if* everything is fine with your Pitituary Gland's functions and other bodily functions, as well, I wouldn't wait two months to jump back in.

You weren't on for too long at all, as a matter of fact you shouldn't have had a break, you should have continued using till you were out of HGH. HGH needs to be used long term in order to experience proper effects.
I would start using again asap.
