Although for the last week i've been shooting at night b4 bed as i was told this by a friend? So when is it best shot? thanks

first thing in the morning... definetly not before bed
yes the minute you wake up is the best time. Higher the 4IU you should split the dose into two shots a day, first thing in the morning then one in the late afternoon
so i work at 700 shoot at 500am is best what about eating
Dont eat any carbs for an hour after the shot, apart from that you are good to goQuote:
