    hey i am thinking start HGH does it realy help for lean gain muscul ?? how much ui i should use ??

    It's better as a fat loss tool than muscle building. Especially when comparing to AAS, theres no comparison. AAS is much better bang for the buck for building muscle. 2iu per day for fat loss and 4-6iu per day for mass gains. Typical cycle is 5days on 2 days off. Gains made with HGH are kept where as many times significant gains made on AAS are lost. Especially if proper PCT protocols are not followed.

    the dose will depend on your age and body type but if you want to gain muscle with hgh you will need a dose between 5-9ius a day and you'll need to run the hgh with a cycle of steroids . for best results hgh, test and slin are used. you dont need the slin but when stacking the above 3 you'll have great results

    At those higher doses adding in some T4 or T3 is popular as well.

    how much should someone expect from a mass based hgh only cycle per month,just curious of course if diet and training is in check

    Minimal at best, a "Mass Based HGH Cycle" is a borderling oxymoron.
