been on hgh for 3 months now, 5 on 2 off, 4ius a day doing cardio first thing on wakin up with a shot just before i go to run, doing 30 mins interval trainin HIT 3 times a week , with 4 weight tranin sessions too
ive cut down my carbs unless tranin and proteins high,
i still wanna get rid of some belly fat so was thinkin of takin some t4s or 3s but which 1 is safest to take??
theyre both pretty safe from what i hear, but just remember you will lose some muscle mass while on T3 or T4
I am about a week into adding 50mcg of T4 to my 4iu/ED GH. It gave me a good energy and focus boost.
T-4 is "safer" to use your terminology. T3 has an effect roughly 4X stronger than that of T4 on a weight basis. Most of T4's action actually comes from converting to T3.Quote:

stick with what im doing and be patient with the cardio?
t3 will take muscle that is for sure, even on a low test or anavar it will take muscle as well as fat..
thyroid support supplements, or the t4 usually works for me..
