I know you can do both intramuscular and subcutanious ???

is one way better than another ??

and the story i got was that what muscle that you shoot it in grows faster... true or BS ???

cause it BURNS goin intramuscular !!! just wondering....

IM seems to be the best way to go about it.

LR3 is not the best for spot enhancing but hu-igf1 is.

The burning is typical.

Markhyena, are you cutting the LR3/AA mixture in your syringe with Nacl before injecting? That cuts down on the sting somewhat.

yep .... ive read 3 to 1 .... (one being the igf)

I was looking for real experience and seriously most of the info here is just people talking shit with no real life experience,what i really appreciate is people posting down their real life time experience.....

And I think people that get on a thread just to write "do some research" prolly dont know shit in real life....

p.s. I have been doing alot of research, i always do and have learned sooo much from this board (from people that actually want to help and dont just write "look it up")
