Decreasing active time of Actrapid
I can only get my hands on Actrapid Insulin and i read that it has an active life of 8hrs which is too long. My solution is to inject it IM to decrease the 8hrs to a more suitable number. My question is what would be the active life if injected IM? 5hrs or so? and how long would it take to kick in if injected IM?
Thanks

I would say about 5hrs and it's on-set time would be about 20min.
