I've never heard of hgh causing gyno. It doesn't increase estrogen so I cant see why or how it could aggravate gyno.
good question though..if all tissue not removed...and given hgh re: soft tissue growth... would it stimulate growth of remaining gyno tissue if there is any ..just curious....pure speculation...
HGH has binding affinity for the prolactin receptor and thus has the ability to directly promote symptoms of gyno via this pathway, just as prolactin itself could.

Do you know anyone that has ever experienced Gyno from GH? Unfortunately I know too many that have experienced Gyno from AAS but never GH. Good info in the other link you posted, thanks.
