constituted with bacteriostatic water and refrigerated I'd say 30 days, but typically it's in a small vial that doesn't last 30 days anyway so it doesn't have time to go bad before you use it all. just don't constitute a bunch at one time.

with sterile water it is only good for 48 hours after mixed but with bacteriostatic water it can be kept up to 14 days after mixed if kept cold

I have a friend who actually synthesizes hgh in the lab. He says they conservatively recommend to use within 3 weeks but they have tested lengths of up to 6 weeks before they noticed any significant reduction in potency. This is obviously assuming reconstituting with bacteriostaic water NOT sterile water.
