Does GH get ruined in cold weather??

I've accidently left my 10iu GH blue top valve in my car for 6 hours in a 10 degreed weather. It didn't freeze it like ice but is still ruined? Can I still use it?

i wouldn't think so. its supposed to be refrigerated anyway right? just don't freeze it, besides maybe cracking the glass, i doubt thats good for it
