hgh freezing during shippment, go bad?

My question is that since where I live the temps have been way under freezing below 32 F .
Would the hgh go bad during shippment if it freezes?

I found an old box from jintropin and the insert says :

17. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR STORAGE
Frozen powder should not be used. Store cold at +2 - +8 C

So that would mean that if you ship it in temps below freezing the gh would be useless, correct?

the short amount of time its exposed to 32 degrees during the shipping process will not ruin it. its not below freezing on the plane, in the mail room or in the mail car
