Whats up guys?! Well, Im still on 5iu 5/2. I was wondering if it would make any difference if I split the dosage. Let's say 2.5iu upon wake up (630am) and 2.5iu around 3pm. I wanted to see if it would yield better results. Thanks!

I also split my 5iu's.
good results in your opinions?
For me yes. 2.5iu first thing in the morning and 2.5iu early afternoon (usually 1-2ish). I workout at 4:30pm. I have lost about 3% B/F and gained about 4 lbs in a 6 month run.
I know my results would have been better but I am coming back from bicep surgery. Currently 8 months post surgery and finally regaining strength. I am expecting my gains over the next 6 months with be much better.
Splitting is fine, this is what most users do once they reach the 4 - 5IU mark and it seems to work quite well.
