    HGH doses and what days/how long etc?

    My mate is running hgh after his cycle, ive told him but he wont listen! he asked what doses and when to take it thought and for how long for, so i just need some quick advice, i checked the search but there was alot of posts and theres different doses out there. Just wondered if anyone could help me out quickly. Thanks guys.

    3-5 for fat loss 5+ for muscle gains. you need to run hgh for at least 4 month to see decent results
