it means post workout which is safest for a beginer. if use preworkout you have alot easier chance going hypo when workingout. take it as soon as you can after lifting then take your carbs and protein immediatly after shooting your slin

PWO would be safest for a total noob IMO.
Good luck buddy.

Insulin is very beneficial PWO anyway so it would be silly not to take it then.

What would be like a safe, small dose, to use right after PWO? I hear the gains are insane, but I always kind of considered it to be something I would never touch. Couldn't it make you like resistant so youd have to shoot it forever?

Gains are not insane, as a matter of fact most users don't feel much from insulin and this is why many don't think too highly of it. Having said that, just because you don't see/feel the gains it doesn't necessaraly mean insulin is not doing its job (boosting the recovery process). Don't get me wrong, it's a great drug but you can't compare it AAS when it comes to visual gains.
There is no safe dose. It all comes down to how much carbohydrates you consume in order to stay from going into hypoglycemia. If you're a beginner, stick with the 10g/1IU protocol and start on about 4IU immidietly PWO. See how you feel once you've done that and if all is good then increase the dose by 1IU next training session. Once you reach the 10IU mark there is no need to take anymore.
The most important part with insulin is to know what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. This stuff will either make you fat, increase your recovery process or send you to hospital. Depending on how much homework you've done on this stuff depends on which one of those 3 you're going to experience.
Stay safe and good luck.
