where to inject IGF1 when you have injury ?

I recently injured my elbow joint again. Luckily I have a lot of IGF1 laying around so I'll use some to recover faster.

I was thinking of injecting 20mcg EOD in both triceps, will that affect my joint or should I inject the IGF1 in the skin near the joint for proper effect ?

Sorry but this isn't really an answer to my question.

I know IGF is good for recovery, but I'm wondering if I just kan inject it into my triceps to heal my elbow joint or if I should inject it into the skin near the elbow.

I guess what I was trying to post is some information that was saying that IGF is ""that valuable in recovery from your issue. Thats what I got from it anyway...

I guess my 2nd link really has nothing to do with what you were questioning. for some reason it did seem relevent when reading??

the 1st post (link) actually has 2 different opinions of the theory of it helping or not. that should give u somthing to think about. not sure which is right, id like to research it myself.

    best.
