IM THINKING OF starting insulin,although ill be doing at least another months reasearch before i make my decision. when info is given that its said that its probably better for beginners to start out on just pwo instead of every day, this is how i would do it,the ques im asking is when you start pwo@4iu do you stay at that dose for your course or do you raise 1iu each workout till you get to 10iu
