Some Say Yes, Some Say NO. Your Opinion Please!
I SUBMIT THIS TO THE FORUM GODS !!!!!!!!
AGE : 26
HEIGHT : 5' 8"
WEIGHT: 245
EXPERIENCE : LIFTING SINCE LAST MAY , BUT PREVIOUS YEARS ON AND OFF...
Started HGH in June. Been on it for aprox 7-8 months ...started at 2 IU a day , now doing 6 IU Every day. Dropped almost 55 LBS and have added a good deal of muscle.
QUESTION : Some say I am too young , doing too much!? won't see results because I am too fat !? wasting it? you name it , i have heard it..i am just a little confused.
A - Keep doing what I am doing and add t4 cycles , and see where I am in 3 months? ( original plan )
B - Stop Taking HGH... Only do T4 , save the hgh for after i drop more fat.
C - Don't take anything, decrease lifting , increase cardio... ?
D - None of the Above ( insert advice below if other )

How has your diet been since you started the hgh cycle and how is your cardio program so far? If your diet needs to be overhauled for whatever reasons and you haven't been doing cardio consistently or done little cardio, then most likely you're not getting the best from it. Consequently, I feel tempted to say that you're wasting it. Plus, 6IUs a day I think it is a bit too much.

I assume you are taking no AS with this correct. I guess Im thinking if you are relying solely on the HGH to build your muscle and burn your fat, that dose seems to be o.k. BUT, I am newest, dummest, farker on here, so dont go by what I be sayin.
there is a great research article of a member who did 10iu's ed for 1 year straight. mayber take a look at that. If I remember correctly, it was working great for him. I only got half throught the article/post though...

if you got kick ass results alreay then why stop! keep going, throw in some t-4 and get better results. if that dose is doing to you what you want it to do then stick with it.

I would not have suggested hgh from the get go; now you'll never know if your fat loss and LBM gains were because of the gh or the hardwork you put in or both. Gh is very subtle in it's results...
If anything, I would drop everything and continue dieting to see how you fare. You might want to add clen but that means alot of research for you before you even pop a pill.

I hear ya Insane . It was a really really good way to jump start my life style change though. I don't honestly know how far I would of got without it. Continuing the GH was almost like a reminder to pull through the times where I wanted to fat boy it up and go to a all you can eat Chinese place or skip a work out. I guess I could go off it , But the stuff does only have what? a one year shelf life? ( ill double check that.) Still pondering, and still on ED .

I can't understand how someone who can't make results naturally expects to do a cycle, discontinue the cycle and then think their going to be able to maintain what they now have. YOU LEARNED NOTHING IN THE PROCESS !

well honestly lately...been struggling with diet. Drinking and parting way too much and eating shit for about a week now. Gotta get back on the get right train. Diet will be looking like...
- breakfast - oatmeal , banana , tofu milk
lunch - whole wheat bread , tofu slices , pickle , diet soda
dinner - either tofu burger and brown rice, OR , fish and brown rice...salad off to the side
snacks and other meal subs- fake crab meat , apple , sunflower seeds, misc nuts , tunafish ( sometimes subed for lunch) sugar free popsicles , cucumber , celery + peanut butter , sugar free jello , low carb noodles w/ fake tofu sausage , smoked salmon
- xience protein shake for after workout
and has looked like that for the last few months or so.
