Humulin-R vs Humalog

To get to a final conclussion about insulin use,i want to get straight with 2 things....Firstly i wonder how many hours does the HUMULIN-R act,and how many hours does the HUMALOG act????(i m asking this because i heard a lot of different things,and i m a llitle confused....)
Futhermore i want to know if insulin needs refrigarator,or i could store it with my steroids at my office desk??????

LMAO! you put your steroids in your office desk? wow, that's original haha.
the answer is yes, it needs to be refrigerated. When you bought the slin, it should come with directions that state what temperatures it needs to be in the range of.

i ve read the link you send me,but it says "humulin-r duration:4-8 hours..."
yes,ok but how i supposed to know when it stops acting???if i fall to sleep and it still works after 6 hours,then it would be a problem......Is it any standard time for the insulin to stop acting?????

Sub-q - 3-4 hours
Humulin -R - IM - 3-4 hours
Sub-q 4-5 hours
