and at what age are we talking?

HRT/TRT is for older men whose hormone levels have dropped below normal minimums therefore they can be on Test replacement for the rest of their life with no problems as long as the correct precautions are taken

if we are talking an 18 year old, then the risks are tremendous !! they risk shutting down their natural HPTA for good , meaning libido and erection issues for the rest of their life along with other health issues

For someone NOT on HRT/TRT the risk are greater the longer you leave your HPTA shut down, you risk it not coming back

What would be your goals for running such a long cycle, and what would you use for that long??

I wouldn't suggest it. Even the IFBB Olympians take time off cycles to give their bodies a break and a chance for HPTA recovery

Just as for bodyfat maintenance, I want to be lean consistently over the year.\

As for AAS, I will cycle that.

If your running hgh long term for fatloss only, I would think 5iu/day would be a little overkill unless money is no object. I have heard that 2iu/day is enough in that respect.

i see a doctor who has a in specialty in AAS other type PED drugs. He has full doctorate degree and practice practicing family medicine.

He just recently told me that HGH is better run for long periods of time. The correct dosage that he says is 2iu-3iu/day. More is not necessarily a benefit. He said that increasing the dosage above 3iu tips the balance between benefits and side effects and also cost effectiveness.

Basically, lower it to the correct dosage and run it longer. So I planned to run it for 10 months at 4iu and he recommended going for 2.5iu/day. It would have been 12 kits. He says go 12 months vs 10 and if not go longer.
