Looking for some advice. Getting ready to start a 6 month HGH cycle. I'm 32, been working out for years, gain muscle easily (as well as fat). I'm 6'5", 250 and about 18% bf. Goal #1 is to decrease BF; Goal #2 is increased muscle support; Goal #3 is other good "HGH" benefits for youthful skin, mental outlook, etc.
I am planning on doing 5iu 5on/2off for 6 months. I have been reading a lot on this board and feel that adding a thyroid piece (T3 or T4) is encouraged particularly given my first goal of loosing BF. I have hesitation in doing this. I've read that T3 can make one permanently dependent on thyroid support and I'm not ready to make that plunge yet though I have read some good advice on dosing, safer use, etc. T4 seems to be a little less risky in the arena, though I realize there is risk with everything.
I've learned from "you'all" that HGH supplementation does decrease thyroid activity which is counter intuitive to accomplishing my goals. What I'd like to do is just the HGH cycle on it's own. Am I being foolish by leaving out some type of Thyroid support? If the answer to that is yes, what's the minimum you'd recommend given what I've said. Lastly (sorry for the long post), if you feel it would be important to add T3 and/or T4 - when would you start and would you do it ever day for the full HGH cycle or follow some other routine?
Thanks a million buds!
