    4IU all in one shot....?

    I have been splitting my shots up, but the a.m. and afternoon shots r becoming a pain. if I take 2iu around 4pm, i usually end up eating shortly afterwards and my meal contains carbs.

    I know that carb intake around the time of GH intake can cause blood glucose levels to be thrown off, SO...can i just take 4IU in the a.m. and be set for the rest of the day?

    No problem to shoot all 4iu at once. The sides might be a little strong at first.

    well i am getting virtually no sides whatsoever on the generic no labels blue top kits...except maybe very numb hands at nighttime...and joint pain.....

    Heard all sorts of conflicting ideas on carbs and GH. Seems even the experts have completely different thoughts on this one.

    im on double your dose and thats the only sides i have ever really got.
