Hi all,
Need help bros, I been reading alot about taking HGH and insulin and am now confused!?!?!

I want to take it like this { I am taking it like this at the moment}

HGH & INSULIN Injection + PWO
then drink shake with 10g glutamine / 10g creatine / 7 grams of dextrose per IU of Insulin.

15 minutes AFTER Injections – drink shake with 65g of whey isolate protein in water (skip if taken with above)

75 minutes AFTER Injections + 75 minutes – eat a protein / carb meal with 40-50g of protein, 40-50g of carbs


I been reading that you cant take HGH to close with your slin, is this true?

is the above ok to carry on with?
