When I was adding my BW, I was surprised that it shot into the vial like a vaccum. It was too late to slow the process and place the needle against the vial and let it run in slowly. Once it was added, I tried to swirl the mixture until it was clear and ready for use. Is this not recommended if you do not properly reconstitute the lyophilized powder 'gentlely'? As far as I can tell it is clear, but it might be a shade off color. Did I mess up that vial or can I use its contents without problem?

its impossible to tell for sure if you damaged the protein but regardless i would still use it

I am sure it is still fine. Be happy that your vials have vacuum in them, many of the generics and/or fakes out there dont and then there are the claims of nitrogen being used as well. Good old vacuum is just fine with me.
