Test prop is good for building lean muscle and also good for keeping gains, HGH gains are also better kept than say for example sus an deca which bloat you anturn you into a big teddy bear full of water haha. IMO test prop is best test i love the stuff specially stacked with your HGH with he right diet you will get the wripped look your after.
So in a nut shell dont hammer the calories just eat well and regular! Complex carbs like brown rice, egg noodles are couple good examples!
