HGH and Diezepan

Now and again i take diazepan to sleep, due to old injuries and aches an pains will this in anyway counter act my growth or effect it in anyway?

Not talkin mega amounts or every nght for that matter.

Your Doctor should be the best line for you to go to right now. Explain to the Dr that prescribed the Valium to u on the first place and tell him you are taking HGH.

From what I know about the drug, it shouldn't be a problem if taken in small doses, or as your doctor advises.

Benefits
- It's an anxiolytic, and reduces stress, therefore lowering the levels of the catobolic stress hormone cortisol.
- Natural Growth hormone is secreted during non-REM sleep, which diazepam helps induce.

On the downside
- The half-life of diazepam is sometimes cited to be 20-100 hours, it metabolises into desmethyldiazepam, which has a half life of 36-200 hours.
- Therefore the active products of diazepam can still be present in the bloodstream up to 200hours after a dose.
- If daily doses are taken the drug can accumulate in high concentrations in fatty tissues, causing somnolence throughout the day which you obviously don't want.
