I have read 50 post now about ifg-1 long R3 - You really know what you guys a talking about.
I have done 4 cycle with only AAS. Just finished my pct and what to start with igf-1 only.
Is it a good plan too take 20 mcg on each side of the body. 20 mcg 1 biceps and 20 mcg ind the other biceps. E3D (every 3 day) And the next time in triceps and so on for about 4 week then pause 4 weeks and then cycle again.. ?
