IGF-1 recon

I have igf-1 in powder form im going to reconstitute with AA is there place besides ebay to buy it, If not is it fairly easy to make dont know exact formula 50:1 distilled water and viniger, not sure though. also i heard you could use sodium chloride (NACL) anyone have any idea on this thanks

Ingredients you need:
0.5% concentration distilled white vinegar
BW

1 part of white vinegar : 7 parts of BW

for me i used;
0.3ml vinegar and 2.2 ml BW

If im wrong somebody pls correct me also...
