joint pain with hgh

does anyone know of any supp that will help with the joint pain from hgh?, been running 8iu/day for 4 months now and results are really starting to show, however i have constantly numb hands and pain in every joint, the pain is to the point where its affecting training so open to any suggestions, thx

Drop your dose back until the pain goes away. Gradually increase it.

soone suggested glutamine works well for joint pain i have no idea how but thats what someone stated, im testing it rightnow for elbow pain

thanks for replies, i think i'm gonna drop the dose as suggested, i'll drop to 5iu and ramp up again. Does anyone know what causes the joint pain and numbness from hgh, quite interested to know the science behind it, cheers.

Most of the joint pain can be attributed to fluid retention in your joints. I get it the worst in my fingers, hands, and wrists.
