New to the HGH(blue Tops)

Hey guy's I am new to the thread thing, well as far ar starting one, I have been reading the comments for a few weeks know to get a sense of the feed back. Very happy with the way people answer questions. So here it is..
I Got 2 kits of generic Blue Tops I have read on them a bit but looking to hear from people with knowledge and personal results. Goal is to cut body fat and gain muscle. Gain about 10 pounds.. I have used a few aas when I was younger but never did them correctly.
29yr, 6'2" 205 bf about 18.. Did i make the right choice? Whats a good starting dose? Waiting for some feed back before I start.. Maybe Monday. Thanks for your time..

Your going to need more than 2 kits for sure. You won't gain too much muscle from gh but you will cut body fat, you will feel better as well.
I'd start at 2ius/day in the a.m. and every couple of weeks increase by 1iu till you get to 5 or 6 ius/day.
A lot of guys recommend taking test with hgh to increase its effect on muscle mass.
Hope this helps, maybe someone else will chime in with some more info.

I'm doing 3iu's a day and seeing results now that I'm in my 6th week. Results come slow so be patient

I started at 4 iu/day (2 - 2 iu shots per day, morning and early afternoon), but after four or five months, I cut back to a single, morning 2iu/day injection. My body fat went WAY DOWN over about a six month period, to the point that I could no longer give myself an injection in my belly fat, as there was almost none there.

I also changed my diet drastically by cutting out 90% of the sugars (no soda pop... no way, I use erythritol, an all natural sweetener instead of sugar). My sugars primarily come from berries, ie non-processed natural sources. I also cut out 75% of my consumption of potatoes, white rice, breads, etc.

My blood sugar readings were way up. Now they are much better and without the radical peaks of high blood sugar. My diet is may not be for body builders, although elements of it may be.

I use Chinese produced blue tops and have found them to be both effective and economical. If you combine diet and exercise with your HGH, you will likely see very favorable results.

I've gotten great information from this site and I am very happy with my results so far. When the snow melts here in Alaska and my earning capacity gets better, I'll likely get into the gym and try to gain some muscle. With the information provided on this site, I really feel like I have the tools needed to make great progress.

Thanks guy's, yes it all helps I know I will need more then two just wanted to make sure it was a good source first before spending all the money on the fakes.. So do you gain strenght or stamina. Like you do with aas? Yes the Test combined has been mentioned before to me, but my goel is to get away from the aas cause I hold a lot of water would this change with the HGH done with the test?? I felt a tired to day at work which is rare usually I am wide a wake i got a good night sleep8hrs. Is this a side also? Thanks for your time guy's

It can take a few days to feel the sore joints, if at all, not everyone gets them. I get real lethargic after my shot sometimes as well. I think it's because your body is used to releasing gh while your asleep. Not sure though.

No problem man, I'm not sure about the strength gain because I haven't been in the gym for the past two months due to surgeries.

You can use a pregnancy test kit to check your hgh, but that will only tell you if you have hcg or not.

Yes I did that and it was Neg. well hope you feel better.. So you have been doing it with out working out? Does that still work as a fat burner? I will let you know if i feel a Boost in the strength.. I am also some over the counter supplements so should see a gain either way..

I have been running hgh for about 6 months now. Male 35 y/o 5'10" 205 lbs bf about 12%-14%. Started with a prescribed dose of 1.5 IU's/day of Omnitrope. My actual starting dose was 2IU's/day 7days. After about 3 months of me waiting for it to 'kick in' I bumped it up to 3IU's/day. The only thing I noticed were the sides...ie carpel tunnel type feelings. I bought a 6 month supply of the pharma grade stuff but after about 4 months I decided it wasn't worth it so I went generic...blue tops...so I started alternating Omni and Blues to extend my pharma supply...I am disciplined with my routine and diet....I am very dissapointed with the results. When I want to drop body fat I normally use a low carb type approach with great results...the only thing I notice with hgh is a slight increase in time it takes to drop the bf....nothing significant certainly nothing to justify the cost. I am interested in trying an increased dose while cycling....say 5 to 8/ day....but to date I am dissapointed with it's effects.

Yeah, even though I'm sitting on my ass, I've lost bodyfat, without any changes to my diet.

Does any one have a cluu if this is normal? They do not hurt kinda itchy size of a bee sting?? Thanks also no Numb hands yet does this mean the stuff could be fake? Takes so long to see change with the ghg I don't want to keep putting it in my body if this is a side that everyone gets and I am not MUST BE FAKE?? One person told me not every one gets the numbness is this true? Thanks for your time guys..

the red bumps could be the freeze burn as a result of injecting refrigerated liquid (4 degrees C) into ur body (37 degrrees C) let liquid cool down a lil before injecting

some are prone to the "numbness" and some are not, but i can tell u that i feel it even at 2iu, its something i can put up with and now on 4iu a day 5 on 2 off...

some have mentioned that if you want to know if it works, it's either a lab-test (kind of hard to achieve)

or take a comparatively higher amount say 5 iu to 10 iu if u get carpel tunnel / headache (but that sounds suicidal to me) lol (well... self inflicted harm knowingly which we do when pinning anyway)

Ya thats what I was thinking I am a Plumber and been working with my hands for 11 years so not sure if they are just used to a little pain. Does that make sense I don't know.. I took 5 this a.m and going to take 5 more at 6pm. so I will let you know.. Thanks

think you didn't read the post flex. I didn't say anything about gaining 10 pounds over night.. Just that I was not getting any of the sides that most feel.. gh is hard to test and most people do it by the sides thats all. Yes I did the pregancy test before you come back with that one like you know what you are talking about.. So if you don't have positive advice read some one else post not mine..
