Been away for a month ...
Cycle is going great..
Wanted to know one thing... now im starting to get fed up with my diet ( really strict ) ... bit hard to prepare everything .. So.. Im thinking of adding in a Pro bar after my workout ( something new to me ).
I know most people will say real food is better but that isnt my question..
My question is is there any effect of the 9g of sugar in the pro bar if im on GH ?
On 4 IU's 6 on 1 off at the moment and will jump up soon ... so ill have a shot after workout.. how far away should it be from the pro bar ?
