Should I be taking time off from HGH??
Hello all. I have been using HGH since October of 2008 continuously. I do about 2 IU's around 12PM and another 1.5 to 2IU's around 7PM.
Should we be "cycling" this the same way that people cycle steroids , i.e taking breaks from it, etc? Should I be taking time off and is it necessary? I don't want to do my body any harm. I need to know.
Thanks

Thanks for the response. No Brutha, i'm only an HGH guy. I like lean muscle mass only. A beach type body. I'm 37 years old, 6' 1" tall and about and 195, but solid. Up until now I have notices actual muscle gains and fat loss to boot. It's easier to stay cut on it and it kind of carved out my whole body. Amazing. It defintely lived up to what people were saying about it. I'm probabably gonna stick with the 4 IU's though.
But, like I originally said, I diddn't know if a layoff period was required. But, you say NO right?

No problem for long runs. You might however adjust your injection timing. Firsth thing in the morning and early afternoon (12-2ish) for your second shot.

IMO the longer you run HGH the better the results. I find when I seem to even out in my gains from it I like to throw in 5 weeks of IGF and MGF just to shock the body and my gains become incredible. Nothing wrong with adding a few peptides.

Are you running pharm grade or generic? If it's the latter make sure you've got 191aa or it won't be of much benefit to you to run it longer (7+ months) term
