    Igf-lr3

I can understand the concept of injecting PWO .. on workout days..

What I am unsure of, is how come i need to inject in the morning on non workout days?

I'm assuming this only goes for the LR3 and not just the IGF-1...
Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Can anybody give me some clarity with this.. I'm wanting to give it a shot.. and just want to make sure which i want to go with. IGF-1 or IGF1-LR3

some claim it's old-skool to shoot ED, since u have to give it some time off something due to receptor saturation...

apparantly new protocol claimed by German BBers that 3x a week PWO is ideal, this way u can use it year round...

i dunno who to believe, i only do PWO jabs... about 3, sometimes 4 times a week

I do pre-workout jabs with LR3. Makes for great pumps in the gym and keeps you anti-catabolic. Just my 2ccs

Hey Polska - what dosage do you use of LR3 PWO? Is there a max time one can take it? Do you have to cycle off it ever? Thanks!!

One more q - do you take it subq or IM? If IM, how do you determine site? I want to start on this, but am weary of IM shots for LR3 - don't want to become asymmetrical...
