    You better be doing it alot longer then 30 days if you want to see actual results

    ^^Agreeed^^ IMO, you need a 6 month supply and 2-3iu are good for fatloss. Just be patient and eat a CLEAN diet.

    I'm on my 8th week and I've gone from a 34"w to a 32" as of today
