I'm using IGF-LR3,and over two weeks from now i'm going to add Cardio.
I wonder when i have to inject after my workout or after my cardio?

inject after u finish from everything..if u play cardio after working out..then after cardio it is!

But iff you take your shot after Cardio dont't you have the change that your IGF valeus are'nt so high anymore?
